Thank you so much for the detailed response. I definitely think it’s connected to life stress (which has affected my gut too). I will look into the natural practitioner’s. I remember seeing Heather, over a decade ago!(yes I’m in Dubai).
Do you know if any of them do mole mapping? There’s just a lot of little things for me and my kids that I wanted to get checked by a dermatologist. I can’t believe that we literally have 1000’s in Dubai but I also have not managed to find a more holistic one in 18 years 😔. I’ll keep you posted.

Thank you B . I only use the gel & it seems that all the scary stuff does allude to the whole leaf….but still thought I should check as I have it 4/5 times p/w. I agree about the overuse of Prop 65 ♀️

Do you know if fishfarm.are salmon is available anywhere? Ive checked carrefour, union and my local spinneys. I reached out to the company but they said its available in all of the above mentioned stores ♀️

thank you so much. This is super helpful (as always). I literally just bribed & blackmailed my younger one to have a blood test so I don’t over supplement – thankfully she did it . I make sure they eat a good balance of everything but it seems that these bugs were working out & getting stronger while we were only focused on C . I will be stocking up on all of your suggestions too. Thank you
