The PCSk9 is good also at lowering lp(a) I guess also 50% lowering LDL and I wanted inny to just get the numbers down. I thought food and smoking are also directly linked to elevated numbers, no? I would love to know how much LDL we should aim for? Like what is not too low? I don’t want to lower it much. My aim now inny to get LDL and ApoB in range and if possible lp(a) then why not.
No sleep apnea confirmed.

Thank you B. I didn’t know LDL cholesterol is taken into consideration but it’s good to know.
My sweet tooth is my problem honestly and iqos. After these results I stopped both.
I’m very active, never stopped going to gym since over a decade.
My late father had high cholesterol and high BP.
Regarding Berberine do you recommend it before food? How long before? And is it safe on the gut since it is also used in gut clearing protocols?
Niacin 500mg and above I read they are very heavy in the liver. If love to hear your opinion also please confirm that it has to be the flushing version. Right?
What do you think about citrus bergamot? Plant sterols? Panthetine? Nattokinase? Tocotrienols? Beta sitosterol?
I am thinking to take PCSK9 inhibitor like Repatha since it has no side effects as statins only one month (2 injections) just to lower the levels and restart safely and/or Ezetimibe that blocks cholesterol absorption in the gut.
Unless you know something about these drugs that I should be aware of if. I know also there is Inclisiran dosing every 6 months but still emerging and super expensive.

He use to have nausea every morning and he was first study case of B here in forum. Nausea every morning for like 5 years and now it’s still in background but not as use to be. Many tests where done and only elastase was a bit low and he had creon for a month and retest and elastase came back normal.

Thank you Daniel for this thorough reply. My son is 23. So using steroid nasal spray for short period with zertec and the saline nasal spray is ok? Or better to use separately to know if it’s rhinitis or allergy?
Thank you

What about other things like prostate issues
-

I’ve been reading and hearing since last year or more about „dangers” of taking it especially for men ( prostate ). I
Atrial fibrillation (AFib) risk: Some studies suggest that high doses of fish-oil/omega-3 supplements (especially above ~1 gram/day) may increase risk of atrial fibrillation in people who are otherwise healthy.
For example, a large UK Biobank observational study (~400,000 people, 12 years follow-up) found that regular users of fish oil supplements who did not have cardiovascular disease had a ~13% higher risk of developing AFib compared to non-users.
Stroke risk in healthy people: The same UK study noted a slightly raised risk of stroke (~5%) for healthy supplement users.
Prostate cancer risk (men): There was a study (from around 2013) that associated higher blood levels of omega-3s (EPA, DHA, etc.) with a somewhat increased risk of prostate cancer, especially high-grade prostate cancer.
Diminishing returns / no benefit for some people: Several large trials (e.g. the VITAL trial) found that for healthy middle-aged people with no strong prior risk factors, taking fish oil (~1 g/day) didn’t significantly reduce risks of heart attacks, strokes, or cardiovascular death, compared to placebo.

I guess in her case is low estrogen. Functional medicine doctors don’t recommend starting bhrt if no symptoms. Her period just started skipping but no hot flashes and no other symptoms. Of course low estrogen on her test. Im wondering if BiEst cream used on the face would help in this case?
