Okay, I will try the eliminating diet. I was thinking I will have to ride it out, since not much solution online. My research lead me to a condition name ptyalism. Since I believe a lot of things are connected so I will try eliminating diet.

Well, let’s just say I have been eating food that I normally wouldn’t touch like pizza. Eating out and who knows what oils, etc they are using. I’m doing better now as trying to make what I crave at home, but not as great as I would like. Little by little.

oh I haven’t done dairy in years. So honestly idk why all this saliva/mucus. I know that I like/ crave carbs, so not sure if that part of the issue.

Hello to you both, thank you for such a warm welcome from you both here honestly. 1st trimester was a bit rough for me. I was nauseous but not throwing up. Felt like it, but didn’t. All day thing. Low on energy and slept a great deal. Emotionally, it was rough as well as far as my mood. I did stop exercising like I normally used to. I will start back up now. The weirdest thing I had and still have is a lot of saliva/mucus, sorry tmi, but yes it’s to the point where I have to carry a spit bottle (I know gross) but not much choice. It’s worse if I let myself get hungry. Overall, now I am in a better place and feeling a bit like my old self so I’m happy/grateful for that. Thank you both for asking!

Thank you so much. With your comments from yesterday, I was able to look up the research for spontaneous abortion. Data is limited and I don’t want to risk it.

Unfortunately, it was passed on Oct. 1, 2021, applicants subject to the immigration medical examination must complete the COVID-19 vaccine series. It’s federal and if you want to become a USA resident, they now require it. They have a form to fill out if you don’t want to take it, but I have been told it’s a waste of time and will just create a backlog adding years to the application.

I have seen a new vaccine called Novavax, I am looking into that vs mRNA one since it’s supposedly different.

Thank you as I have to brace myself and stand in my decision.

Hello, I am currently pregnant and being told that I need to get the c-vax because of US immigration. I am 14 weeks pregnant. I want to know the risk. I am going to do my best and delay taking it, but there is a strong possibility that I will have to take it in the future, if the law doesn’t change. I am due in April and I am thinking that I will hopefully breastfeed for 6 months and eventually have to take it after, if no other choice present itself in the near future. Please advise on possible adverse effect if I take it while pregnant. Also, is there any way to detox it out in my system if I have to take it.

    Thank you Bernadette!
My son is experiencing some constipation (sometimes skipping a day or 2 between poops). I will review the Gut Health information for liver/gallbladder support. He just turned 3 so I want to make sure these protocols are appropriate for his age. If he’s not pooping daily should I not give him the cedar bear?
Also, should I have my 7 year old take the cedar bear to prevent the worms from spreading? I can’t see any visible worms in the stool but I wasn’t sure if the worms transfer between kids.

Thanks Bernadette! It is indeed helpful. I booked another blood test appointment for the markers you mentioned and will report back with the results.

I was not sick when my blood was drawn but I do have eczema flare-ups on my face and scalp. Could that be a factor?
I’ve had a very tough year and can guarantee that my cortisol levels are high.

The Dr. prescribed iron supplements to treat the low Ferritin levels. Should I wait for the new blood test results, or should I start taking them immediately?

    Thank you very much.

Whoa sorry for the late reply!  I did not see the email reply in my inbox until now! I do want to mention that flaxseed cough remedy worked AMAZINGLY like NIGHT AND DAY. My kiddo went from couching every 7-15 seconds all day to coughing 3 times or less a DAY.

My son turns 5 in Dec  😀

Now to answer the questions –

Other than the recent congestion and cough though, does he / did he experience any other symptoms? Yes sometimes he has a stuffy nose.

Did he have reflux as a baby? None that I can recall. He was really good BUT I could’nt breastfeed for a long time as I got sick and took antibiotics. He pretty much grew up with only one month of breastmilk and the rest it was formula :/ But hey!
He did have issues while in the womb and drank some amniotic fluid  due to complications from me hence my C section. If this helps piece things together AT ALL.

Have you started giving him any new supplements recently (other than the immune supportive ones). Fermented food or cod liver oil intake by any chance? He takes Vit D & He takes Omega 3 but they’re vegan Mary Ruth brand  ( they were a gift so I am using them until I run out) ? which ones do you recommend ? These I dont think are good because they’re not fish derived. >.<  In terms of rapid relief for the cough, have you tried my flaxseed remedy? It's unbelievably effective for both wet & dry coughs. YES!!!! I do want to mention he is absolutely having an allergic reaction to SOMETHING because I am unsure if you remember but he has the same rough little bumps on his cheeks as my now husband does ( the deficiency in Vit A we pointed at some time ago while on video) . He's had since he was a BABY! It got better but I noticed during this whole two months he has been sick, these came back! They're not pimples, they're little white bumps that come in go with an allergic reaction it seems.  How much Quercetin can we take as a almost 5 year old? And how much nettle leaf tea ? He loves tea.

I am a vegetarian and am unable to complete my protein intake through natural food.
I don’t have any food sensitivities or allergies. And i okay with animal or plant based protein products which are safe during pregnancy.
