hi! Finally received the supplements but looking at dosage for my 5 year old son:
– his weight is 17kg=37 pound
I divide this by 150.The adult dosage says 1/4 spoon.
Hence (37/150) * 0.25 gives me a dosage I cannot really calculate! What am I missing? Should half of an adult dosage suffice?

Hi B
My oldest son ( 5) has algo undergo several rounds of antibiotics since Dec and if the current green mocus doesn’t disappear the dr is recommending another course. Can I give the same probiotic described above? I just ordered these. Any specific dose for the 6 months and the 5 years old? Thanks

Hi Daniel!
I took it last year in august for a course of a month maybe and then I stopped it because it made me feel constipated. Is there any way to make it digest more easily?
My hemoglobin levels has been around the same since 2018. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the levels before that.
I recently found out I have a root canal infection, maybe that is why the high WBC? I don’t have any GI symptoms usually.

Thanks a lot for your detailed response.
I do consume enough protein but I think Iodine is missing in my diet.
I took this Iron supplement 5-6 months ago, that might be the reason my Iron levels are ok. Do you think I should continue with this or switch to the one you recommended? [66022_1.jpg]
Also, I am based in UAE and the Metabolic Synergy by Designs for health is not available here or on iherb (where I order most of my supplements from)
Can you suggest an alternative which will be locally available? Thanks a lot!

thank you soooo much!
On zinc, watched the video. I am allergic to shellfish so I don’t consume any of those and I do take a fair amount of whole grains but never soak or sprout. Also have had 3 pregnancies in 5 years which may have contributed.
I do take a good amount of animal protein on a regular basis. On magnesium I’m already taking glycinate 360mg daily- 1 capsule 120mg and I’m taking 3 a day. Should I increase it?
Will take the seeking health vitamin D drops which I have with me and would do a KBMO FIT test to check.Shall I supplement then zinc or shall I do the above first?
Thanks

thank you loads! I have got now the Recomended supplements form your migraines guideline and will be taking these for at least 2 months.
I will have myself tested for RBC zinc, vitamin D and copper so we can define if I need additional supplements
And if I should get the histamine friendly supplements from seeking health in additions. From the above I have constipation- from the Bristol stool chart shared in your book I’m type 1/2.
No mood exposure and nothing estrogen related.Let me know if there is anything else I should consider.
Also if there are recommendations to adding finer to my diet

thanks a lot. I will definitely take the test and then look at Dr Lynch’s program.
Migraines have been a constant in my life. Alarmist everything triggers it: too much sweet, not eating regularly, too much sun or heat, too cold, stress, muscle spasm in my next shoulder, bad sleep…. And we can go in. Once I get them, the next episode happens more frequent or gets triggered faster and lately they last up to 3 days.
It is always one side only.I don’t have any when I’m pregnant or breastfeeding/ after delivery I have only had 2 mild ones and the baby is almost 6 months- my concern is once I start having them again how to make them go faster or not have them at all.
I take magnesium byglicinate, vitamin c and collagen – the multi post natal vitamin as well.
Have 3 kids all natural delivery all induced with epidural

Hey B!
Forgive me for the delayed response. It’s been so busy and I’ve been recovering from a mild concussion that’s making me not feeling my 100% but still keeping busy which I guess has been delaying my healing.
So on this topic, insurance not yet ( following up) but I have decided to go with Sean for many reasons and the most important one is I feel relaxed and like he knows how to not overwhelm me with too many restrictions or protocols.
Step 1 now is just 2 drops & 2 supplements to help with detox and the antibodies on the thyroid. This Thursday it would be 2 weeks so will do my 2nd iron infusion and then we will move next to heavy metal binders & malabsorption (not sure in which order).
He suspects that some of this could be due to what we see in the attached thyroid tests so we will also work on improving that.
In a nutshell haha I really feel comfortable with Dr Sean and it could do me good starting with someone new/different methods.
Thanks again B and of course any thoughts are welcome
